The most requested period in 2020: June + 51.49%, July + 57.11%.
Up + 14.93% in 2019 from the previous year.
The average value of the requested property: 499,956 euros, up 37.28% from 2019.
Americans (23.06% of total requests), Brits (11.71%) and Germans (10.84%) sent the most requests ever. They are followed by foreigners already in Italy at the time of the request (6.07%) and the French (5.27%).
