  • 1.Purchase and renovation:
    The Sardinia Region has allocated 135 million euros intended for the purchase or renovation of first houses in the municipalities under 3000 inhabitants, divided into 45 million euros for each year 2022 – 2023 – 2024
    It is up to the municipalities to prepare the tenders for selection of the beneficiaries on the basis of the guidelines identified at regional level and to inform and raise awareness of this opportunity, to encourage residents not to abandon the territory and relaunch economics and consumption.
    The expected non -repayable contribution can reach 15 thousand euros per subject, to the maximum extent of 50 percent of the expected expenditure.
    Among the basic requirements, the obligation for the beneficiary not to change his residence from the home purchased or renovated for five years from the date of delivery to the contribution of the contribution. The contribution includes among its recipients also those who transfer the residence to a municipality under 3000 inhabitants within 18 months from the purchase or from the end of the renovation of the house.
    Municipalities may provide for additional conditions of assignment of priorities or higher scores such as:
    – the transfer of one’s residence from another municipality;
    – The execution of renovation works in the historic center;
    – the purchase and restructure declared unusable properties;
    – a larger family nucleus;
    – Being a young couple;
    – Being in a condition of social or economic weakness.

    The anti -depopulation measures are provided for a non -funding contributions for the opening of a local activity or unit or for the transfer of the company to the territory subject to facilitation or the municipalities under 3000 inhabitants.
    The total financing for 2022 is equal to 20,000,000 euros.
    The contribution amounts to € 15,000 raised to 20,000 euros when the start or company transfer determines an increase in employment.
    The actuator and dispensers are the Chambers of Commerce of Sardinia.

  • The measure provides, for 2022, resources equal to over 7 million euros to support, with a monthly check up to 600 euros, people who reside or transfer their residence to the municipalities under 3000 inhabitants. The contribution will be paid for each born child – adopted or in pre -adoptive custody – in 2022 until the fifth year of age regarding the ISEE of the family unit. For each child following the first, the monthly contribution is 400 euros.
    Further funding for new births, adopted or in foster care in 2023 and 2024 are foreseen.
    The delivery of the allowance is independent of the value of the ISEE of the family unit. The application can be submitted to the Municipality of residence or new residence. In fact, the municipalities are responsible for preparing the notice “birth check” and giving wide information.

Il problema dello spopolamento è particolarmente accentuato in Sardegna, soprattutto nelle aree interne.

Il contributo sarà erogato per ogni figlio nato – adottato o in affido preadottivo – nel 2022 fino al compimento del quinto anno di età a prescindere dall’Isee del nucleo familiare. Per ogni figlio successivo al primo il contributo mensile è di 400 euro.

Sono previsti ulteriori finanziamenti per i nuovi nati, adottati o in affido nel 2023 e nel 2024.

Sostegno alle imprese:

Finanziamento complessivo per il 2022 è pari a 20.000.000 di euro.
Il contributo ammonta a 15.000 euro elevato a 20.000 euro quando l’avvio o il trasferimento aziendale determina un aumento dell’occupazione.

    Spetta ai Comuni il compoito de previso de selezione dei beneficiarii sulle linhei guidere individuate a livelihood a la regionale e informazione e sensibilizazione per la opportunità, in order to encourage i residenti a non abbandonare la territorio e rilancia economica e consumi.
    Il contributo a fondo perduto previsto può arrivare a 15 mila euro a soggetto, nella misura massima del 50 per cento della spesa prevista.
    Tra i requisitei base, l’obbligo per il beneficiario non modificare la propria residenza dall’abitazione acquistata o ristrutturata per cinque anni dalla data di erogazione a saldo del contributo. Il contributo incluivi di suoi destinatari anche coloro che trasferiscono la residenza in un Comune sotto i 3000 abitanti entre 18 mesi dall’acquisto o dalla fine dei lavori di ristrutturazione della casa.
    I Comuni possono prevedere condizioni aggiuntive di assegnazione di priorità o maggior punteggio quali:
    – il trasferimento della propria residenza da un altro Comune;
    – The lavori di ristrutturazione in the center storico;
    – l’acquisto e ristrutturano immobili dichiarati inagibili;
    – un nucleo famigliare più numeroso;
    – l’essere una giovane coppia;
    – essere in condizione di debolezza sociale o economica.

Sono previsti ulteriori finanziamenti per i nuovi nati, adottati o in affido nel 2023 e nel 2024.
L’erogazione dell’assegno prescinde dal valore dell’Isee del nucleo familiare. La domanda potrà essere presentata al Comune di residenza o di nuova residenza. Ai Comuni spetta infatti il compito di predisporare l’avviso “Assegno di natalità” e darne ampia informazione.
